Bruschetta in the Omelete Pan

RECIPE:

1 French Baguette

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Large Tomatoes (diced)

1/2 onion (diced)

2 cloves of garlic (diced and/or sliced)

2 Tbsp. Medit. Balsamic Vinegar

4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Bolivian Rose Sea Salt

1 Tbsp. Italian blend herbs AND/OR dried cilantro

Brown baguette (on both sides) in oil in the stainless pan on medium heat.  Combine remaining ingredients and put a spoonful on top of browned baguette.  Enjoy!
